Qualification: NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4)

I entered the property management industry in 2006. During my career, I have personally managed rent rolls up to 290 properties in size. Including houses of all shapes and sizes, across all different parts of the greater Wellington area, from Upper Hutt to the Kapiti Coast.

We set up Simply Rentals so I could provide the personal, caring, consistent service that owners and clients deserve.

Kristyn Morgan
Property Manager​

Qualification: NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4)

​You can expect to meet me when you come along to one of our property viewings. I also manage inspections, regular maintenance and many other parts of the tenancy process.
I enjoy the variety that comes with working in property management. It's also fun to be part of a small, tight-knit team that values every tenant and owner relationship.
I bring a calm, efficient approach to this role, doing whatever is required to keep everything running smoothly for our clients.

I have worked in real estate since 2007, actively marketing properties all across our wonderful city up until 2019.
​
I now run a real estate educational blog, passing on knowledge built up helping hundreds of buyers and sellers into (and out of) their homes.
​
As an active investor, I dreamed of setting up a property management company that embraced healthy homes standards, new tenancy rules and treated clients with fairness and respect.

We started Simply Rentals to help like-minded individuals provide quality rental accommodation throughout this wonderful city.

​Currently on maternity leave, I previously managed property inspections, ongoing maintenance, healthy homes requirements and more. I have always taken pride in providing exceptional speed of service when it comes to inspection reports, which I see as a critical aspect of the management process.
I understand that for our owners, having access to good information is key. With Simply Rentals, you can expect to be kept up to date with any and all details regarding your property in a thorough and timely manner.
